Associate Attorney

Location: CA Remote/ San Deigo, CA

Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 Base + Bonus

Overview:

Our client, a growing law firm, is seeking an attorney to support a high-volume landlord-tenant practice focused on eviction matters. This role involves managing cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, advising on strategy, and appearing in court as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft landlord-tenant notices and unlawful detainer pleadings
• Manage cases through litigation, including filings and court appearances
• Coordinate service of process and ensure procedural compliance
• Assist with settlement strategy and case resolution
• Communicate case updates with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Active California bar license
• Prior landlord-tenant or high-volume litigation experience preferred
• Strong writing, organization, and time management skills

Compensation:

• $100,000-$150,000 base, depending on experience
• Bonus opportunity
